We produce over 120,000 sandwiches, wraps, and salads daily, supplying major supermarkets, rail operators, airlines, and schools from our modern, semi-automated factory. We’re looking for a hands-on Production Supervisor to lead our team in a fast-paced, high-care environment.🔧 The RoleYou’ll be responsible for leading operations across 6 production lines (Sandwiches, Wraps, Fresh Paninis, Salads) within a modern facility. You’ll manage line leaders and production staff to ensure smooth workflow, minimal downtime, and consistent product quality.🛠️ Key Responsibilities:Oversee daily high-care food production operationsManage, mentor, and support line leaders and operativesOrganise staffing rotas, manage absence, holiday cover, and trainingMaintain strict product traceability and ensure BRC complianceLiaise with Admin, Goods In, and senior managementConduct performance reviews, disciplinaries, and return-to-work meetingsDrive continuous improvement and maintain GMP & food safety standards👤 About You:Experience as a Production Supervisor or Team Leader in a manufacturing or food production environmentExcellent people leadership and communication skillsComputer literate and process-orientedComfortable working across departments and managing shift prioritiesProactive, reliable, and flexible in your approach💼 What’s On Offer:S
