We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced HealthRoster Implementer to join our national Health in Justice service. You will be involved in the rollout and implementation of the system in our prisons, IRCs and Non-Custodial sites across England.Within this role you will be a key part of the project team during implementation of HealthRoster (now known as Allocate Optima (eRoster)) alongside the software provider, Systems Specialist and site teams, to enhance the use of the system.This is a fantastic opportunity to join the team on a full time basis, with regular travel nationally. You will be home based, but on site the majority of the time.This role includes extensive travel and time away from home, around 2/3 nights per week, over 2/3 weeks per month.HoursThis is a full time role, Monday - Friday, 37.5 hours per week.SalaryThis is a 12 month fixed term contract.You'll receive an annual salary up to £40,000 per annum, plus £4,000 car allowance, depending on experience.How will we support you?

Candidates are required to have a Legal right to work in the UK and due to the nature of the role, offers of employment will be subject to additional vetting and security checksWhat you'll be doingYour focus will be to provide support to the site roster administrators, assisting with queries, and supporting cases where complex solutions are required. As well as maintaining close contact with the local end users of the software, and ensure the rosters are up to date and relevant to the services’ needs.As our new eRoster Implementer, your responsibilities will vary. You will:
Take part in all phases of the project lifecycle - from data gathering and build, to training, user support and remedial tasks
Lead and support site level implementations of Allocate Optima (eRoster) / HealthRoster and related modules
Support the post go live stabilisation of Allocate Optima within the sites
Gather and validate site level model data, and ensure accurate workforce configuration
Map activity and service plans into roster templates, shift patterns and rules
Ensure data accuracy between HR systems and the eRostering system
Travel extensively to sites nationally

Experience of working with HealthRoster / e-rostering systems / Allocate Optima is essential
The ability to work with users of differing levels of IT literacy - translating user requirements into technical specifications, and translating technical requirements into clear and concise user end vocabulary
Experience of working with HR or Payroll systems would be beneficial
Any previous experience in post implementation and handover to BAU teams would be a bonus
