- Manage contracts from the tender stage through to completion.
- Oversee site teams, subcontractors, and in-house trades.
- Control budgets, procurement, and construction programmes.
- Ensure compliance with health & safety and building regulations.
- Maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships.
- Support and mentor site staff.
- Proven experience managing medium to large construction projects.
- Strong commercial awareness and contract management skills.
- Excellent planning, organisational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of listed-building and heritage projects (desirable).
