·3 years experience in the public or private sector as a Town Planner
·Need to be working towards or willing to work towards RTPI chartership.
·Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel in the UK for site visits.
·Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
·Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
·Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment to help lead the more junior members of staff.Benefits:
