No more early morning flights, hire cars or delayed trains.You'll work for a business with big aspirations and that has heavily invested in new technology, (They're currently implementing PROCORE).You will work with a Contractor who has a track record of delivering landmark projects.You'll be responsible for:· All Commercial aspects associated with the Project.· Issuing sub-contract documentation to all sub-contractors.· Managing Sub-contract accounts, preparation of valuations and Interim Payment Applications.· Identification and valuation of change.· Identifying and managing commercial risk to ensure maximum is achieved.· Preparation of monthly CVRs and reports for the Board of Directors.· Managing and providing support to junior members of the Commercial Team.You'll get:· £50-75k DOE + benefits· Discretionary performance related bonus.· Paid membership fees of relevant Professional Bodies.· Mentoring and training and development opportunities.· To work in a friendly, collaborative and supportive environment.
