You will adapt the curriculum to meet the individual needs of each learner, bringing science to life in creative and supportive ways. Your responsibilities will include:Tailoring science instruction to varying ability levelsUtilizing practical experiments and visual aids to enhance learningIntegrating EHCP targets into daily teaching and assessmentProviding pastoral and academic support to studentsCollaborating effectively with other teachers and support staffDemonstrating strong classroom and behaviour management skillsWhat we need:To thrive in this role, you should possess a strong background in science education and a demonstrable history of working successfully with students with special educational needs. Passion for creating inclusive learning environments and fostering a love of STEM subjects is essential.
