- Hiring, mentoring and managing a team of Solution Architects
- Operating as both a manager and as a Solutions Architect direct with our top customers
- Representing our product capabilities to our customer prospects
- Create and showcase demos to prospective customers
- Understanding and documenting customer needs
- Developing solutions with our customers
- Working with customers to build proof of concepts of solutions and then working with them when they deploy those solutions
- Collect requirements for new features and champion them internally throughout the design and implementation process.
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree.
- 5+ Years of Experience.
- Experience running a Solutions Engineering team
- Proficient in at least one of the following programming languages: JavaScript, React, Swift, Objective-C, or Java
- Video streaming knowledge (streaming technologies, codecs, networking)
- Knowledge and experience in cloud architectures. Demonstratable understanding of how people build services.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong technical skills and ability to learn new technologies quickly.
- Strong presentation, communication, organization, and time management skills.
- WebRTC and/or Media Over QUIC experience
