Contract Type: Full-time, Term Time Only – Temp to Perm OpportunityAbout the Role:A welcoming and inclusive primary school in Milton Keynes is seeking a dedicated and nurturing 1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant to support a Key Stage 1 pupil with speech and language needs. This full-time position is due to start in September 2025, with the potential to become a permanent role for the right candidate.You will work closely with the class teacher, SENDCo, and external specialists to provide targeted support that helps the pupil access learning, build confidence, and make strong progress both academically and socially.Key Responsibilities:Provide 1:1 tailored support for a pupil with identified speech and language needsDeliver interventions based on speech and language therapy guidanceTrack and record the pupil’s progress, adapting support strategies as neededWork collaboratively with the class teacher and SENDCo to meet EHCP targetsSupport during class and unstructured times, including playtime and lunchFoster a positive and inclusive learning environmentAbout the School:This primary school in Milton Keynes prides itself on being a vibrant, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment.
