Hours – Days Monday to Friday 8AM – 5PMPRS are currently recruiting for an Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to be based in Lewisham. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Facilities Maintenance and have proven track record in Electrical building maintenance.This role requires a hard working Engineer with a background in mechanical maintenance, who can handle both Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and reactive repairs efficiently. You’ll be responsible for maintaining mechanical plant equipment, such as pumps, filters and motors.Package:

- Air Conditioning – Air Handling Units / Fan Coil Units (Filter changes, cleaning)
- Water Treatment (Temperature checks / Not dosing)
- Plumbing – Unblocking toilets, replacing taps, washers etc
- Monitor the BMS systems.
- General building fabric
