Are you an experienced and adaptable educator with a passion for guiding young minds through their Key Stage 2 learning journey? We are thrilled to invite enthusiastic individuals to join our team as a KS2 Supply Teacher at some of our schools in and around the Kingswinford area.Position: KS2 Supply TeacherLocation: Kingswinford and the surrounding areasContract: Temporary, On-Call BasisAbout Us: At ABC we aim to recruit candidates who are committed to fostering a stimulating and engaging learning environment where every child's potential can flourish. The KS2 curriculum is designed to nurture critical thinking, curiosity, and a love for learning. As a supply teacher, you will play a pivotal role in delivering quality education during periods of staff absence.Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver well-structured and inspiring lessons aligned with the KS2 curriculum to ensure continuity in students' learning.
  • Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere that encourages active participation, respect, and cooperation.
  • Use effective classroom management techniques to create a safe and conducive learning environment.
  • Assess and provide timely feedback on student progress, ensuring learning objectives are met.
  • Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff to ensure smooth lesson transitions and adherence to school policies.
Requirements:
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and experience in teaching Key Stage 2 students.
  • Strong understanding of the KS2 curriculum, assessment strategies, and teaching methodologies.
  • Adaptability and the ability to quickly integrate into new classroom environments.
  • Excellent communication skills, both with students and colleagues.
  • Enthusiasm for nurturing a love for learning and supporting students' holistic development.
  • Flexibility and availability for on-call supply teaching assignments.
PaySalary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this role is a QTS and experience we are able to obtain references for in a Primary School Setting.About ABC Teachers
