We are working with a respected UK law firm that is seeking an interim Construction & Engineering Solicitor to support its growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified solicitor with at least 1 year of post-qualification experience to gain exposure to a broad range of construction matters within a collaborative and forward-thinking environment.This interim position will involve a mix of contentious and non-contentious construction work, including:
  • Drafting and advising on standard form contracts (JCT, NEC, FIDIC)
  • Supporting dispute resolution processes including adjudication, arbitration, and litigation
  • Providing construction input to the firm's property and corporate teams
  • Engaging with clients across various sectors on project risk and contract management
  • Contributing to business development and client relationship initiatives
  • You'll be given the autonomy to manage your own matters while working closely with experienced colleagues across the firm.
