Our client, a leading name in the new homes sector, is seeking a proactive and personable New Home Sales Advisor to join their site-based team in Melton Mowbray.This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in helping customers find their perfect home while being part of a forward-thinking, customer-focused development team.What You'll Be DoingAs a New Home Sales Advisor, you'll provide exceptional service throughout the homebuying journey. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:Welcoming potential buyers and guiding them through the new home purchase processManaging enquiries, reservations, and progressing sales through to exchange and completionCoordinating with solicitors, estate agents, and mortgage advisors to ensure a smooth transactionMaintaining accurate sales records using in-house systemsEnsuring the show home and sales area are presented to a high standardWorking toward individual and site sales targetsSupporting marketing and promotional activity to drive site footfallDelivering a consistent, professional experience that reflects the brand's valuesWhat We’re Looking ForTo succeed in this role, you'll need:Experience in a sales or customer service role (property or new homes experience is a plus)Strong communication and interpersonal skillsA professional, well-organised, and self-motivated approachGood IT skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systemsThe ability to manage your workload and work independentlyA full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicleWhat’s On OfferSalary: £26,000 per annumA supportive team environment with opportunities to growThe chance to represent a high-quality, well-respected homebuilderHow to ApplyInterested in joining a fast-paced, rewarding role in the new homes industry?Contact:
