This role is ideal for a solicitor looking to deepen their specialism in development and property finance while contributing to a dynamic, collaborative team.The Role The successful candidate will work on a wide range of real estate matters with a particular focus on:
- Acting for lenders and borrowers on property and development finance transactions
- Commercial and residential development projects
- Acquisitions and disposals of freehold and leasehold property
- Landlord and tenant matters
- Supporting corporate transactions with property due diligence and advisory work
- 2-4 years post-qualification experience in commercial property law
- Demonstrable experience in property finance, acting for both lenders and borrowers
- Hybrid working model (typically 2-3 days per week remote)
