- Is responsible for the day-to-day running of the entire F&B operations, ensuring the highest level of guest satisfaction
- Leads, coaches and motivates outlet Managers to drive results
- Evaluates guest feedback internally and externally to further enhance the service provided
- Guides operations and establishes an effective work environment to achieve goals and objectives.
- Manages performance issues that arise within the respective operating departments.
- Evaluates changes in guest needs, the guest mix, and the competitive set to recommend appropriate product/service and operational changes, as necessary.
- Ensures guest and employee satisfaction, while maintaining market competitiveness and exceptional financial performance.
- Anticipates and addresses guest issues and establishes proactive processes to promote guest satisfaction.
- Interacts in a positive way with other departments to ensure a guest experience. Ensures compliance with local health and safety regulations.
- Manages F&B contractors and their costs in line with the budget
- Being visible during F&B outlets' operating hours and remaining engaged towards guests
