Job DescriptionGraduate Construction Project Manager
Location: Travel Nationwide (based in Birmingham)
Salary: £26,000 - £30,000 per annumPertemps presents an exceptional opportunity for a Graduate Construction Project Manager to join our client in central Birmingham. Specialising in a diverse range of construction projects nationwide, including Industrial, Commercial & hotel and leisure refurbishments, we are seeking an ambitious individual ready to embark on a rewarding career journey with plenty of opportunity for progression.Responsibilities:
- Oversee various Construction & refurbishment projects across the UK.
- Conduct site visits and client meetings to discuss project updates.
- Manage tender contracts and engage in Contract Administration duties.
- Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure project success.
- Demonstrate proficiency in delivering commercial Project Management services from inception to completion.Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in construction or related field (RICS accredited preferred).
- Membership of, or working towards, a Construction-based subscription (RICS).
- Previous experience in Construction project Management in either industrial or commercial sectors preferred.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills for client-facing responsibilities.
- Willingness to travel nationwide and possess own transport.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to tasks.
