Support Worker Job descriptionCity Wide Care Alarms is the most popular care alarm service provider in Sheffield that currently supports over 8,000 people across the whole of Sheffield, helping to keep them safe, secure and independent in their own home.The service is provided 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.We are looking to appoint support workers to join our team. We have 3 vacancies.27 hours (night post)30 hours15 hoursYou must have Level 2 Diploma in Health and Social Care (Adults) or equivalent qualification/ willingness to undertake and a full driving licence. Vehicles are provided.If successful, you will work according to a rota pattern that includes working one weekend in four weeks and Bank Holidays. You will be paid at an enhanced rate for ‘unsociable hours’.You will be part of a team who respond to people’s emergencies. The majority of calls are to people who have fallen.
