- Order capture and processing through telephone, e-mail and web order portal
- Customer query handling concerning products, order status, accounts receivable status
- Complaint handling
- Quotations using the CRM system for pricing etc
- Upselling to existing customer base
- Proven strong customer service experience in an office
- Great telephone manner and communication skills
- You will enjoy a wide customer service and key account responsibility - the ability to create and maintain relationships
- Hard working, driven and motivated with the ability to work to deadlines
- Willingness to work in a team and chip in wherever needed
- 20 days holiday plus BH - an additional day per year of service up to 25
