Join our team in providing high-quality residential support for children and young people. You’ll assist and deputise for the Home Manager, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, maintaining a safe and supportive environment, and upholding our policies and care standards.Key Responsibilities:Support the physical, emotional, and social development of young people.Oversee care plans, records, and administrative duties.Mentor and supervise staff, assist with recruitment and inductions.Ensure compliance with safeguarding, health & safety, and fire safety regulations.Respond to emergencies, cover shifts, and work across homes when required.Participate in training and team development.Requirements:Experience in residential childcare and team leadership.Strong organisational, communication, and safeguarding skills.Flexibility for on-call duties, sleep-ins, and occasional relocation between homes.Why Join Us?
