  • Support teachers in delivering engaging STEM lessons across Science, Maths, and related subjects
  • Work 1:1 and in small groups to help students master challenging topics and build confidence
  • Assist with lesson planning, classroom activities, and practical experiments
  • Inspire students to see the real-world applications of STEM and foster a love for learning
  • Develop the skills, knowledge, and experience needed for teacher training or education careers
Graduate STEM Teaching Assistant: Who We’re Looking forTo be successful in this Graduate STEM Teaching Assistant role, you should have:
  • A 2:1 or higher in a STEM-related subject (Maths, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Engineering, Computer Science, etc.) – Russell Group or top-30 university preferred
  • Strong Academics throughout GCSE’s and A-Levels
  • Excellent subject knowledge and a passion for inspiring young people
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex ideas clearly
  • A proactive, positive attitude with a genuine interest in education
  • Previous experience working with young people (e.g., tutoring, mentoring) is desirable but not essential
