
Installation Engineer

- Carry out maintenance and servicing on a broad range of equipment, including fault finding, diagnosis, and repair
- Perform mechanical installations and read electrical drawings
- Strive for a first-time fix and maintain high engineering standards
- Conduct site surveys and installation checks
- Provide excellent customer service and comply with on-site procedures
- Complete all necessary documentation as required
- Ensure all tools, PPE, and equipment are in good working order
- Conduct both Reactive and PPM maintenance
- Willingness to work away and overseas as needed
- Ensure restocking and maintenance of service boxes
- Contribute to the review of existing processes and suggest improvements
- Projects completed on time
- Excellent working relationships across the organisation
- Timely completion and submission of all relevant test sheets and paperwork
- Proactive participation in process improvement
- Reduced recalls/return visits and complaints
- Excellent fault-finding skills and efficient equipment repairs
- Relevant experience in equipment maintenance and servicing
- Strong mechanical and electrical skills
- Ability to read electrical drawings
- Outstanding problem-solving and fault-finding abilities
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- High attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
