
Senior Product Manager - Services Operations

- Define and drive the product roadmap for key Platoon initiatives in close partnership with Business, Operations, Finance, Legal, and IS&T teams.
- Lead and coordinate large-scale migrations between third-party vendors, ensuring seamless transitions and minimal operational disruption.
- Work to define and implement tangible use cases for AIML in Services Operations and help build the program to drive AI adoption across the org.
- Lead end-to-end project execution: requirements gathering, risk identification, impact analysis, BRD creation, and KPI creation.
- Manage engineering vendor engagements, their budgets, work scope, and delivery.
- Lead all aspects of rollout planning, training, documentation, and communications for internal stakeholders.
- Track project milestones, manage schedules, and provide regular updates to leadership.
- Establish robust software development and delivery processes, ensuring operational excellence and consistency.
- Set clear KPIs and service delivery expectations and hold vendors accountable for quality and timelines.
- Drive design and integration of financial, operational, and rights-related systems to support Platoon's growth.
- Guide cross-functional teams through ambiguity, ensuring alignment and clarity on priorities and execution plans.
- Champion high standards in product design, usability, and delivery quality.
- Demonstrable experience in technical product and program management, including experience leading software development across sophisticated ecosystems.
- Expertise in leading programs introducing new systems/tools, coordinating with internal and external teams.
- Strong data-driven decision-making and executive communication skills.
- Proven track record of managing third-party vendor engineering teams and holding them accountable for service-level metrics.
- Experience in financial systems, digital content supply chains, and operational tooling.
- Experience in the AI product development process.
- A background in music distribution, publishing, or artist management platforms.
