- Dealing with various customer queries over the phone and digitally and react in good time to resolve such issues
- Be proactive in learning from specific situations and put processes in place to ensure the business is in a more proactive position so that less customer issues happen in the future
- Improving the customer retention rate
- Increase the number of Trust Pilot and Google review and build on the brand’s already strong reputation
- Where possible, upsell the companies sporting good to existing & previous customer’s
