This is an opportunity to work within a key client organisation to challenge the norm and work with them to change the current approach to how they procure and delivery works.   • Right to work which will need to be formally confirmed.
  • Appropriate experience working within the energy sector in general and HV electricity transmission and substations specifically.
  • Experience managing and working with electrical and civil works design teams.
  • Experience Interfacing between stakeholders and design, construction and commissioning teams.
You’ll also have:
  • Membership of RICS, CIOB, APM, ICE or equivalent demonstrable professional or personal development.
  • Substantial experience in the successful delivery phase of projects and programmes in the energy sector in general.
  • Property or infrastructure project management expertise.
  • Commercial and financial acumen.
  • Experience of leading parts of projects within large, diverse teams.
  • Experience of developing and forming relationships with senior stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of how carbon and sustainability considerations will shape the outlook of the projects you are working on.
  • Experience working within a construction management delivery model.
  • Knowledge and experience controlling design development.
  • Knowledge and experience delivering, managing and controlling active works on site.
