
Human Resources Manager

- Lead HR initiatives across recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management.
- Partner with leadership to drive talent development and succession planning.
- Manage employee relations, including working with union representatives.
- Ensure compliance with employment law and internal policies.
- Own and improve HR processes and policies.
- Support leave management and respond to employee queries.
- Provide HR data and KPI reporting to support business decisions.
- 5+ years' HR experience in manufacturing, engineering, or similar sectors.
- CIPD Level 3 or above (Level 5 preferred).
- Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR compliance.
- Experience working with a unionised workforce is essential.
- Excellent communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills.
- Flexible working hours (core hours 07:30-16:30, 14:30 finish Friday).
