This is more than a clinical role-it's a chance to lead proactive health initiatives, reduce absence, and ensure compliance with health legislation. You'll be a trusted advisor, helping people return to work safely, supporting first aiders, and delivering assessments that keep operations running smoothly.This is a permanent, full-time role (Monday to Friday, 10am-6pm) based at our Wolverhampton/West Bromwich site. Hybrid working patterns are available, offering flexibility to support your lifestyle and wellbeing.About youYou're a qualified Occupational Health professional with a passion for preventative care and a proactive mindset. You're confident in delivering assessments, advising on legislation, and supporting long-term health strategies.You'll be:
  • Delivering health assessments for confined space workers, forklift drivers, night shift employees, and food handlers
  • Supporting long-term sick leave cases with home visits and return-to-work planning
  • Advising on legal compliance, workplace adjustments, and preventative healthcare
  • Training and updating first aiders to ensure site readiness
  • Leading health campaigns that improve engagement and reduce staff turnover
  • Collaborating with managers on risk assessments for new and expectant mothers
