As a KS2 teacher, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and well-structured lessons that challenge and inspire pupils. You will plan creatively within the curriculum, and work collaboratively with colleagues to support the academic, social, and emotional development of all children in your class.You will be expected to:
  • Plan and deliver high-quality lessons that meet the diverse needs of KS2 learners
  • Create a positive, inclusive classroom environment that supports achievement and wellbeing
  • Build strong relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues to foster a collaborative learning culture
  • Contribute to the wider life of the school through clubs, events, and enrichment activities
The ideal candidate will be a confident, reflective, and resilient KS2 teacher with proven classroom experience and a commitment to continuous professional development. A strong understanding of the national curriculum and the ability to differentiate effectively is essential. Experience working with pupils with SEND or EAL is desirable.Requirements:
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • A thorough knowledge of the KS2 curriculum
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • A strong commitment to safeguarding and inclusion
