- Deliver end-to-end HR support across the organisation, focusing on employee relations, recruitment, and performance management
- Support and coach line managers on HR processes, policies, and best practice
- Lead on HR casework, ensuring compliance with employment legislation
- Manage and mentor the HR Administrator, helping develop their skills
- Contribute to culture, engagement, and wellbeing initiatives
- Support workforce planning and organisational development projects
- Strong generalist HR experience, ideally in housing, public, or not-for-profit sectors
- CIPD Level 5 qualification or equivalent experience
- Proven ability to manage HR casework and support managers effectively
- Hands-on approach with confidence to work autonomously
- Experience in line management or mentoring
