Salary: £200 per day CIS or Umbrella or £150 per day PAYE, when you have passed the probation your PAYE slaray will be £38,000 + Car AllowanceCompany, Project & Benefits of a Site Manager / Supervisor:Due to recent project wins, our client has an urgent requirement for an additional Site Manager / Supervisor to join their team based in Needham Market. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity for someone with a positive attitude who is ready to hit the ground running.You’ll be working on kitchen and bathroom upgrade programmes within the Needham Market & Ipswich area (local travel only), supporting social housing maintenance and refurbishment projects. We are looking for someone who is proactive, reliable, and a genuine team player who can work closely with our existing Site Manager to get the job done.Responsibilities of a Site Manager / Supervisor:Overseeing kitchen & bathroom replacement programmesScoping and SOR coding of void propertiesManaging sub-contractors and operatives on-siteEnsuring works are completed on time, to quality standards and in line with Health & Safety requirementsCoordinating day-to-day site operations and reporting to managementDesirable Experience of a Site Manager / Supervisor:Experience working on kitchen and bathroom programmes within the social housing sectorStrong knowledge of void property scopingAbility to SOR code (or willingness to learn – we’re open to ex-Operatives ready to step up and train)
