This lovely family based in Shoreditch, London, is seeking a Full-time Nanny to care for their baby. All general nanny duties are required for this role. The mother will be returning to work from maternity leave in November 2025 and would like the nanny to begin easing into the role from early October. The family follows a baby-led approach: their little one naps on them and they do not practise sleep training or “cry it out.” They are responsive to their baby's needs and would like a nanny who respects and supports this style of care. The ideal candidate will be calm, grounded, baby-focused, and empathetic, with the ability to take initiative, “read the room,” and demonstrate emotional self-awareness. Previous experience with weaning and caring for infants of a similar age is essential. Speaking German and being open to travel with the family would be a bonus. A valid first-aid qualification is essential for this role.Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 6:00 pm (50 hrs per week)Duties include:

Preparing healthy and varied meals for the child
Organising the child's daily schedule
Changing nappies
Cleaning and sterilising bottles
Establishing and maintaining a nap routine
Washing and dressing the child
Engaging the child in play and activities
Monitoring the child's development and updating parents
Ensuring the child is always safe, happy, and well cared for
Organising the child's clothes
Managing laundry and ironing of the child's clothes
Keeping the child's room clean and tidy
Occasionally shopping for the child's supplies
