You will work in partnership with the Sutherland and WildLand Culinary Team, recruiting and training the Hope Chef Team to deliver a consistently outstanding Guest Experience and work in collaboration with your culinary and Front of House colleagues.   • You may already have worked as a Head Chef or will be a Senior Sous Chef ready for the next step. Ideally your background will be in fine dining or perhaps as a private chef.
  • You will have passion for your craft and respect for the ingredients you use.
  • Naturally creative, you will enjoy variety and respond positively to changes or special events.
  • An encouraging leader, you will bring the best out of the other team members.
