In this role, you will take on a hands-on managerial position within the Lettings team, overseeing and growing the portfolio.Key Responsibilities:

Lead the lettings team
Monitor, assess, and coach individual team member performance
Ensure compliance with the highest regulatory standards
Conduct property inspections
Manage tenancy extensions and renewals
Coordinate maintenance and repair issues with contractors
Handle deposit returns and rental arrears
Process eviction requests
Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants
Manage complaints effectively
Complete all check-in and check-out procedures, including full inventory reports

QualificationsRequired Skills and Qualifications:

Minimum of 1 years experience as a Property Manager
Ability to create a positive team spirit
Strong knowledge of current residential lettings legislation
Outstanding customer service skills
Basic IT proficiency
Driving license
