- Conceptualise and create visually impactful designs for various departments and key company priorities
- Develop design concepts, graphics, and layouts for websites, social media, and other marketing materials
- Conduct regular brand audits to ensure consistency across all marketing materials
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and design software to ensure best practices are implemented
- Work with cross-functional teams to support their design needs, such as presentations and collateral
- Manage multiple, simultaneous projects and prioritise deadlines to ensure timely delivery of high-quality designs
- Extensive experience as a Graphic Designer or similar role
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Strong understanding of typography, colour theory, and layout design principles
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Experience with web design and UI/UX principles is a plus
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment while consistently exemplifying our culture and values
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
- Exceptional commitment to organisation and organisational tools and software to ensure working priorities are tightly managed
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to clearly communicate ideas and concepts, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- A keen interest in AI & examples of how it has or will create optimal outcomes
- Experience working with high profile people and personal brand
