We’re seeking a skilled and dependable maintenance contractor/handyman to join our team on a self-employed basis. Initially starting at one day per week, you’ll be responsible for a variety of maintenance and repair tasks across two properties in the Leominster area.This flexible, self-employed role is ideal for someone who values quality workmanship, takes initiative, and works with pride. If you’re experienced, self-motivated, and looking for consistent work, we’d love to hear from you.About the Role:As a contractor, you’ll carry out a wide range of maintenance and repair jobs including (but not limited to):

General repairs
Painting & decorating
Basic plumbing & electrics
Flat pack furniture assembly
Garden maintenance
Property upkeep

What We’re Looking For:

Proven handyman/maintenance experience
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Own tools and transport
Public liability insurance
Friendly, professional, and punctual
Able to work independently and manage your own time
Enhanced DBS Compliance (funded by company)
