- Carry out a variety of essential building services tasks in a flexible and reactive environment.
- Apply skills and experience as a fully time-served Building Services Technician to perform all required functions.
- Work safely in physically demanding conditions, including confined spaces, heights, extreme temperatures, and outdoor environments.
- Respond to urgent or unplanned issues while maintaining high standards of service.
- Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain compliance with health, safety, and company procedures at all times.
- Support continuous improvement and proactive maintenance initiatives across the site.
- Fully time-served Building Services Technician with practical experience delivering FM functions.
- Completion of a recognised and registered CITB or EITB apprenticeship.
- Relevant experience demonstrating versatility and flexibility in building services.
- Holds a City & Guilds Certificate in either: Mechanical Engineering Maintenance (205-3), Advanced Plumbing (596- or Plumbing (596-1) plus Construction Services Welding Advanced Craft (599-2).
- Skilled in sanitary plumbing, domestic heating installation and maintenance, or mechanical maintenance, depending on certification.
- Ability to work safely in varied and physically demanding environments.
- Strong problem-solving and client-focused operational skills.
