We are currently sourcing multiple scaffold labourers to assist with onsite works in Devonport Dockyard, Plymouth.Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for assisting in the erection and dismantling of scaffolding structures to ensure the safety and efficiency within the marine environment. Your role will involve adhering to health and safety regulations, maintaining equipment, and providing support to scaffolders. This position requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work in various weather conditions.Knowledge, Skills & Experience
Previous experience as a Scaffold LabourerQualifications & Requirements
  • CISRS Scaffolding Labourer Card
  • Experience in scaffolding
  • Hold SC Clearance (desirable)
Security Requirements:
Successful candidates must be eligible to undergo BPSS and SC Clearance to work at the dockyard (Support will be provided through the application process).Pay Rates & Allowances
PAYE - Basic: £12.21, OT1: £14.06, OT2: £14.90
UMBRELLA PAYE availableTaxable lodge allowance for travelling workers:PAYE - £50.65 per day
UMBRELLA PAYE - £65.84 per dayWork Arrangement
21 days annual leave + statutory bank holidays
39-hour basic week, with overtime available (Weekend and overtime work may be required based on business needs).
Minimum 2 month contract
