This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced educator or a newly qualified teacher looking to make a real impact on students' learning and academic growth. The successful candidate will join a supportive team with excellent resources and facilities, fostering a positive and engaging learning environment.Responsibilities:
  • Plan, deliver, and assess engaging Maths lessons to students in Key Stages 3 and 4
  • Tailor lessons to meet the individual needs of all students, supporting their academic progress
  • Monitor and report on students' progress, providing constructive feedback
  • Collaborate with colleagues to create a positive and stimulating classroom environment
  • Participate in departmental meetings, training sessions, and school events
  • Contribute to the development of the Maths curriculum and extra-curricular activities
Ideal Candidate:
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
  • Strong subject knowledge and a passion for teaching Maths
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to inspire and motivate students of varying abilities
  • Commitment to maintaining high standards of teaching and learning
  • Organised, proactive, and adaptable to change
