This is a role for a female support worker to provide personal care and support to a client with learning disabilities, autism, ADHD, and behaviours that may challenge. The job is based in Keighley and involves working as part of a 2:1 care team. The successful candidate will need to have a full UK driving licence and their own vehicle.Main duties of the jobThe support worker will be responsible for providing personal care and mobility support, helping with light household tasks, supporting structured routines and community activities, using non-verbal communication, and being a consistent, reassuring presence in the client's life.
