With significant recent investment and transformation, they're part of a thriving business group that produces sterile and non-sterile products.This role offers the chance to influence strategy, drive operational stability, and work with global suppliers in a fast-moving, well-invested business.We’re looking for an experienced and proactive Senior Buyer who can hit the ground running and lead strategic procurement initiatives. You’ll play a key role in:
- Benchmarking materials and costs
- Driving cost management and procurement strategy
- Building and managing supplier relationships
- Supporting supply chain stability through strong supplier partnerships
- Improving procurement systems and processes
- Conducting supplier evaluations
- Contributing to capital and waste strategy
- Helping evolve the procurement team
- 5+ years of experience (more for interim)
- Strong background in supplier/customer management
- Experience in food or pharma sectors preferred
