In this role, you would be doing just that, whilst making a difference too.Join the team supporting our Out Of Hours service (in Devon) and you'll get set working hours on a weekly basis, plus the chance to develop your career and enhance your skillset.The Devon OOH service provides advice, information and treatment for NHS patients who become unwell during the out-of-hours period when their own GP surgery is closed.Please note, this role is to work in a permanent capacity, at the weekend only.We are looking for individuals who would be flexible to work at any time over the weekend - we can be flexible as to what shifts you choose to work. Our Out of Hours service operates Friday 6pm right through to Monday 8am.What you'll be doingAs a Coordinator for our OOH service, you’ll be a single point of contact and liaison for all members of this multidisciplinary team, as well as other internal and external services.You’ll provide coordination and support to ensure the smooth running of shifts – and respond swiftly and efficiently if there’s any breakdown in the service. This could include making comfort/safety calls to patients as and when required.Your role may also involve supporting other areas within the service to ensure our patients are receiving the best care that Practice Plus Group can provide.What we'll look for in youPractice Plus Group is passionate about great healthcare.
