Job Description:Robert Half are exclusively recruiting a Management Accountant role on a permanent basis with a growing organisation based in Cirencester. This role would suit someone nearing the end of their ACCA/CIMA studies or recently qualified, seeking progression and development opportunities long term.The roleTh Management Accountant role would suit someone seeking a challenging and fast paced environment with long term career opportunities. The business is ever changing and growing, creating opportunities for development. The Management Accountant will be responsible for a range of duties including but not limited to:
  • Journals, accruals and prepayments.
  • Preparing monthly management accounts with commentary.
  • Financial analysis to include variance analysis.
  • Reconciling accounts.
  • Support with the budgeting process.
  • Work in a team of close-knit management accountants.
  • Support with statutory reporting and resolving audit queries.
Package
  • £45,000 - 50,000 base salary.
  • Study support.
  • Hybrid working upon passing probation (up to 2 days from home).
  • 25 days leave + bank holidays.
  • Free on site parking.
Key skills/attributes:The successful candidate will have the following skills/attributes:
  • ACCA/CIMA/ACA part qualified/finalist/newly qualified.
  • Proactive and forward thinking with a can do attitude.
  • Intermediate level excel (vlookups and pivot tables).
  • Previous experience of management accounts preparation.
