- Continually innovate, refine and improve the yield, quality, reliability, shelf life and availability of the crops.
- A relevant degree or 3+ years' experience in commercial growing, horticulture, or agribusiness.
- A strong mix of scientific knowledge and commercial awareness-you understand both the plants and the business.

- Confidence in presenting findings to colleagues, stakeholders, and customers.
