You'll be working in a high-tech, climate-controlled environment, helping to produce top-quality crops with 250-400 times the yield of conventional farms-using just 3% of the water.   • Overseeing the cultivation and maintenance of baby leaf and herb crops, ensuring optimal growth and quality.
  • Managing crop trials and recording relative data to bring exciting new products to market.
  • Actively participating in the innovation of new product offerings, pairing system capability with suitable crops.
  • Continually innovate, refine and improve the yield, quality, reliability, shelf life and availability of the crops.
What We're Looking For
  • A relevant degree or 3+ years' experience in commercial growing, horticulture, or agribusiness.
  • A strong mix of scientific knowledge and commercial awareness-you understand both the plants and the business.
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset-someone who takes ownership and gets things done.
  • Confidence in presenting findings to colleagues, stakeholders, and customers.
