Seeking a Behaviour mentor / LSA / TA / Mental health support worker!- Do you believe you can make a difference?- Are you passionate about working with young people?- Are you a strong role model?A school in North Bristol are looking to recruit a Behaviour Support Assistant to support specialist students between the ages of 11-16 years.This role is dedicated to those who want to inspire students who may have SEMH or additional needs.The right candidate will need to be confident with de-escalation strategies, robust and know how to build strong rapports to break down barriers to learning.You must also be empathetic and have a good understanding or background in special educational needs or Social emotional, mental health.A good energy, resilience and hard work are a must.
