You’ll be the go-to engineering mind for your area. You’ll spot problems before they become crises. You’ll analyse trends, drive reliability projects, and make sure our equipment works as hard as we do. Your goal? Keep operations running, downtime low, and efficiency high.Day-to-day, that means:Owning the reliability of your area’s equipmentDriving maintenance plans that actually make a differenceCollecting, analysing, and acting on downtime dataSupporting capital projects and new installationsCollaborating with colleagues, suppliers, and contractorsTroubleshooting, problem-solving, and thinking aheadWho you are:An engineering whiz with a qualification above L3 (degree, HNC, HND—if your experience is strong)Experienced in maintenance or hungry to learn fastAnalytical, practical, and self-motivatedA communicator who can work solo or in a teamNice-to-haves: CMMS experience, CAD knowledge, contractor management, project experience.Why join us?
