- Develop and execute global SEO and ASO strategies across web and app channels.
- Build and scale programmatic, intent-driven SEO templates.
- Manage technical SEO health across 30+ locales (indexing, CWV, hreflang, structured data, internal linking).
- Partner with Content & Localisation to deliver high-performing, localised content.
- Optimise app store listings with A/B testing and metadata refinement.
- Lead agencies, freelancers, and internal stakeholders to deliver against SEO/ASO goals.
- Build high-intent content assets (e.g. tools, calculators, glossaries).
- Implement AI-assisted workflows for research, clustering, optimisation, and reporting.
- Benchmark against leading players (Wise, Revolut, Remitly) and identify opportunities.
- Report regularly on performance and tie SEO/ASO efforts to business outcomes.
- 5+ years in SEO/ASO with international, multi-language environments.
- Strong technical SEO expertise (CWV, hreflang, structured data, crawling, rendering).
- ASO skills (metadata, A/B testing, localisation).
- Experience managing 1000+ page sites across 10+ locales.
- Proficiency with WordPress (Gutenberg), GA4, GSC, Ahrefs/Semrush, RankMath.
- Hands-on experience with AI in SEO (prompt engineering, automation, clustering).
- Core Web Vitals optimisation expertise.
- Fintech, regulated industries, or marketplace experience.
- Experience in corridor-based businesses (e.g. money transfer, parcel delivery).
- Additional language skills (PL, UA, TR, LT, RO, DE).
- Analytical, data-driven, and execution-focused.
- Curious, autonomous, and collaborative.
- Able to manage complexity and competing priorities.
- Challenger mindset with strong appetite for learning and experimentation.
