- Develop financial models and scenario analyses to assess deal viability
- Negotiate deal terms in collaboration with legal, finance, and commercial teams
- Identify innovative structuring mechanisms to maximize value and minimize risk
- Support executive decision-making with clear insights on deal economics and strategic fit
- Stay current with market trends, competitor activity, and emerging deal structures
- Maintain strong relationships with external advisors, stakeholders, and strategic partners
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Law, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 7+ years of experience in corporate development, investment banking, strategy consulting, or legal deal structuring
- Exceptional analytical, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Deep understanding of financial, tax, and regulatory implications of various deal formats
- Proven ability to manage multiple high-stakes projects in fast-paced environments
