- Complete the recruitment and vetting of personnel
- Efficiently coordinate security staff rosters
- Effectively manage maintenance queries on a daily basis liaising with multiple contractors
- Other ad hoc administration to support the Profit Protection department
- Computer literate with experience in Microsoft Office packages, Excel
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective working relationships across teams
- Problem solver, able to use initiative to identify solutions
- Able to work efficiently in a fast paced environment whilst maintaining high attention to detail
- Skilled in managing deadlines with strong prioritisation abilities
