💷 Pay: £105–£125 per day (depending on experience)Job Summary:A secondary school in Bolton is seeking a dedicated Behaviour Mentor / SEMH Support professional to work with pupils who require additional emotional and behavioural support. Starting in September, this full-time role is ideal for candidates passionate about helping students overcome barriers to learning.Key Responsibilities:Support students with SEMH needs, both 1:1 and in small groupsAssist classroom engagement and behaviour managementPromote emotional wellbeing and resilienceImplement behaviour strategies and interventionsLiaise with teaching and pastoral teamsRequirements:Experience working with young people (schools, youth work, mentoring, care, etc.)
