- Manage the Import/Export Road Freight Forwarding process from start to finish across the UK & Europe
- Maintain and develop strong relationships with clients, ensuring deadlines are met
- Provide high level of customer service with customers, agents and suppliers
- Prepare, process and follow up on quotes
- Completing documentation as required including import / export customs documentation
- Work closely with suppliers, negotiating rates and arranging bookings
- Submitting invoices as required
- Experience in Freight Forwarding, UK Transport, Import or Export is required
- Road Freight experience is an advantage
- Ability to build relationships and work as an integral part of the team
- Strong communication, customer service and organisational skills
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail
