Infrastructure AnalystSalary £26,929 - £36,282 paSpelthorne Borough Council’s ICT Department is a busy and dynamic place to work.We are looking for an Infrastructure Analyst to hit the ground running as part of a busy helpdesk team that supports 400 users over a number of sites, taking in excess of 450 helpdesk calls a month. Experience is required but on-the-job training and formal training will be part of the deal.You will need to have worked in a similar environment for at least a year and have a basic understanding of first and second line ICT support. You must be able to work as part of a team, with a wide variety of customers all with differing needs.
