Working Hours: Full-timeOur client's Wills, Trusts & Estates team is expanding, and seeking a 1-3 PQE solicitor to join their Chambers and L500 ranked practice. This is an exceptional chance to build your technical expertise on a full range of non-contentious private client matters.In the role you will:
  • Draft and prepare Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney
  • Advise on estate administration, including inheritance tax and IHT account preparation
  • Manage your own caseload under expert supervision
  • Collaborate with both our non-contentious and contentious teams on complex matters
  • Participate in team and firmwide business-development activities
